Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase/s for any reason, or change your mind, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your parcel/s & we will do our best to resolve the matter quickly.

Important: Most of our products are handmade or finished by hand. It is inevitable that there will be slight variations. To us, this makes your product unique & we encourage you to embrace this. Please also bear in mind that all computer screens & mobile devices display colours differently. Please consider the aforementioned before getting in touch with us.

FAULTY GOODS
If your product is deemed to be faulty or of unacceptable quality, we will gladly accept your return & either refund in full, or re-supply you with a replacement or product of similar value.

GENERAL RETURNS
We will accept refunds if the product is not fit for its intended purpose or does not match the sample or description, as displayed on the website. Please bear in mind that all computer screens & mobile devices display colours differently. 

 We will accept non-sale item(s) for return or exchange when they are returned as new, which means unworn in their original packaging, including tags, within 14 days of receipt of goods. 

 Returns that have been washed, damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

 Exchanges can only be accepted for the same item(s) in a different colour and/or size. If the desired size or colour is not available then we may offer you a full refund less postage costs.

The customer is responsible for all additional postage costs involved in the exchange unless the product is deemed faulty.

NACIDO will only cover additional postage costs if the goods are deemed faulty or you were sent an incorrect item.

NACIDO does not accept returns on sale items.

For domestic returns we recommend sending via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. We recommend sending International returns via a traceable service for the same reason.
