We use DHL, Australia Post and other reputable couriers. We endeavour to advise you once the order has been dispatched & dependant on the service, will provide you with a tracking number. Additional insurance is available upon request, prior to dispatch.
We send our products via Australia Post’s Airmail service & DHL Express. DHL Express is a priority, end to end trackable service, with a signature on delivery. We tend to use Australia Post for smaller items & DHL for the larger, or more expensive orders.
Please note that all duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer & will not be paid in part or full by NACIDO, unless expressly agreed upon prior to placing an order. To find out what the additional customs charges will be (if any), please contact your local customs office.
We do our best to comply with all International customs requirements. We have had no delays to date, but there is a chance that customs may delay your parcels, which is something that is out of our control. If called upon, we will work with customs to ensure a quick release of your order.
We endeavour to ship your items within 2-3 work days of receiving the order & after payment has cleared. There may be some slight delays during peak periods e.g. before Christmas, but we will make every attempt to keep you informed of these, so that you receive your order in a timely manner.
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only & we will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delivery delay. Orders are subject to availability & we do our utmost to maintain an up to date shopping cart. There may be a time when an order is placed, but becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will be offered, or an alternative, whatever is the customer’s preferred option.
The ownership & risk of damage to your purchase is transferred to you upon delivery to the specified address.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact email@example.com with CANCELLATION REQUEST as the subject heading (and order reference number if applicable), within 24 hours of placing your order. Please outline the product you ordered, time & reason for cancellation. We will get back to you ASAP. If the order has already shipped, the customer will be liable for returns & will not receive a postage refund.
